Day 1 Morning – Introduction to USM (Microfocussed Ultrasound).<\/b><\/p>

This module will present the following topics and follow the structure presented:<\/p>

– HIFU (Microfocussed Ultrasound) concept<\/p>

– Anatomy (Skin and its Layers, SMAS – SURFACE APONEUROTIC MUSCLE SYSTEM and Main Structures of the Face and Body)<\/p>

– Prevention<\/p>

– Treatment<\/p>

– How it works<\/p>

– Contraindications<\/p>

– Applications<\/p>

– Protocol<\/p>

Day 1 Afternoon – Practical HIFU (Microfocused Ultrasound) on Models.<\/b><\/p>

In this module, theoretical concepts will be applied in a practical environment.<\/p>

1- Practice of the technique with a model (trainees and trainer). In the practical aspect, each student will practise on a real model, and must demonstrate skills in carrying out a consultation, applying the technique and counselling after the session.<\/p>

2- Award of certificates.<\/p>
